This yummy chicken and noodles dish will have them begging for seconds. More of a hearty meal than a soup, this dinner is a sure crowd pleaser!
9 Cups chicken broth (12 cups if you want it more soupy)
1 lb shredded or chunk chicken precooked
3/4 cup melted butter
2 long celery stalks chopped
2 long carrots chopped
1 whole diced onion
Salt and pepper to taste
1lb bag wide egg noodles
Bring chicken broth to a boil in a large pot.
Add all ingredients except noodles and bring to a boil again.
Turn down heat and summer for 30 minutes.
Turn heat up to medium and add noodles.
Cook for 10 minutes or until noodles are done.
Turn heat to low and serve.
