Easy Chicken Stir-Fry


Quick and easy chicken stir fry


1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast - cut into thin strips or bite size pieces
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp oil
1 1/4 cups water
1/4 cup lite soy sauce
1 Tbsp sugar
1 package (16 oz) frozen stir-fry vegetables
2 cups instant white rice - uncooked


Preparation Directions
Cook and stir chicken and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Add water, soy sauce, sugar, and vegetables and stir. Bring to a boil.

Stir in rice. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir and serve
